"I had the best experience designing and having my dream closet built by Closet Factory. From the moment I met my designer, Skylar Silverstein, I knew I was in good hands. I felt like she really listened to my needs and wants, and took it all into consideration when designing my space. She was readily available for any questions and changes I requested. The bond and connection I felt with her was a major deciding factor when choosing which company to go with (I met with several and I felt like the other company designers didn't really listen to me). Price was fair and what I expected for everything I wanted. When it came time to do the build, I had to reschedule multiple times due to delays with my new home build, and they were very receptive and accommodating, and rescheduled me multiple times. Finally I closed on my new home and moved in, and it was time to get my closet done. Again, I was super lucky to have Akos Korcsok as my installer. He was extremely meticulous, detail-oriented and organized, and built everything according to the specified design. It took the full 3 days to complete my closet, and I could not be happier with the final product. "Working with Dave and his team was an incredible experience. I requested a 12'x16' cabana for my backyard. Dave was able to understand and derive what I was looking for and helped me understand the build during each step of the process. Each person who I interfaced with from the architect to the electrician was genuinely curious of what I wanted and explained benefits and drawbacks of every decision. At the end of it all, I am incredibly happy with the final product. Here's how Dave went above and beyond: this project was in parallel with a pool build adjacent to the cabana. Across the couple months - from contract to finish - Dave communicated progress consistently and frequently. All of my concerns were immediately addressed with an identified path forward. He definitely exceeded our expectations for the quality of work he provided (especially considering he was half the price of the other guys). He takes pride in his work and was always willing to work long days and weekends to try to meet the agreed upon deadlines. He also was always willing to do the extra little projects that always come up during remodeling. At the end he provided a final invoice that covered the extra work which was very fair and reasonable. Brian is a perfectionist so our remodel took longer than initially planned. However he was willing to work around us as we tried to move in and we are glad he placed more value in quality over quantity.
