Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally.
