"I have lived in this house since 1994 and have always called West Plumbing when ever I have a problem that I cannot solve myself. Recently had two incidents of waste water backing up into basement tub and toilet. Suspected backflow valve. Asked West to do a camera inspection to verify status he valve. During the inspection the technician (Trip) discovered there is a buckle in exterior pipe that is retaining water and causing waste and toilet paper to back up the system and caused the valve to jam in the open position. I understand that plumbing problems can be time consuming and expensive. I paid $370.00 for the house call and inspection, which I consider fair with regards to the technician's time expertise and the cost of the specialized equipment that identified the true hidden problem. I am waiting for an estimate for the necessary repairs and I am sure West Plumbing will be fair regarding it"
