"Job well done! Jake was excellent explaining the repair & costs involved. Cindy from the office also reached out for an earlier appointment available due to a cancellation. Both of them went above and beyond! Much appreciated!"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Steven and Charles explain carefully and clearly the current status of our furnaces/air conditioners and information regarding the procedure used to clean existing air ducts and replacement of one thermostat and their cost. Both were very professional and courteous."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"We cleaned our dish washer. We removed the inside part. We put parts back in place but we had water leak We informed service man what we did and was asked to check if we place part the right way. After taking a look at the machine felt the problem was with some type of part at the bottom of the dishwasher and that he will need to order that part. Ask to be payed $85 for showing up and will get back to us with the estimate. It took more than a week for the estimate and about another week to come to fix it. When he Came back he find out that he just needed to tighten a part inside the dishwasher by hand and no part was needed. He still asked for the rest of the money. So I end up paying almost $200 to have a plastic part in dish washer tightened by hand. (Should have done it myself if I wasn’t scared of breaking it) I do believe I should not have been charge more than $85. It wasn’t my fault if they did wrong estimate, made wrong diagnostic and then charge for their incompétence. I did call the office to reconsider but they didn’t listen."

"American Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R."
