After telling ALL PHASE that there quote was way to high 2 GENTLEMEN Showed up with out an appointment and with in an hour had our unit running ? They were professional and capable? while preparing the bill I got them each another cold drink. When an ALL PHASE bill was generated I was concerned ? When the bill was twice what I was told it would be I told the Technicians what happened. Yes the bill was paid if full. Only because the Gentlemen servicing our equipment truly had the ability to make this customer glad they showed. This customer will not refer ALL PHASE due to the underhanded way they got the job!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "First of all this was the only company to actually answer the phone when I called. My air conditioning went down on a hot-muggy day. I was given an appointment 36 hours later. Jason called me at 8:00 am and said he was on his way and showed up promptly. My ac unit was blowing warm air and I suspected it needed to be charged. He first checked that and then stated to me that he thought it was the capacitor. He opened up the unit and mice had made a nest next the capacitor and chewed the wiring. "Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."
