He sent Josh the next day to get the job done. Josh was amazing, he answered all my questions and also explained the why so I had a good understanding of the answer. "Andres came out and we had an agreement on what was to be done. Then Jacob came out to do the job. He put in the opposite of what I wanted. The part was not what I was shown. Cut holes in the ceiling that I was told were not needed. Took 2 1/2 hours to complete, then had to be redone to what I wanted. Had to leave to go to Home Depot to get the correct part. Cost me $622. Charged $250 an hour. Jacob said he was the manager but office told me he was just a technician. A master electrician in Colo Springs doesn't charge more than $150."

"He did a good job. But of course he didn’t do the estimate. That was done by Cory. A typical hourly rate for electrical work is $150 per hour and $200 even for emergency services. This wasn’t an emergency but even if we use that rate I should get a refund of $800."
