I shared pictures and was also informed of my underlying issues with premature water heater failures tied to my water softening which I can now solve with my knowledge. Service was impeccable arriving at 7 am as promised and done by I think 810 am. Price was more than fair and what was discussed and installed with a Rheem Professional Unit and install was flawless. Scott did a great job getting thing done quickly, safely and professionally. They only offered one water heater. I was wanting a better option, than the standard heater but that's all he offered. I could've paid more for a longer warranty on it but that's the same heater, not built any better. Very happy with the work they did."
