"We highly recommend Absolute Pools. Our pool was in terrible shape. It was built in the 60’s and not up to code and in need of resurfacing. We tried getting estimates from other companies who either never returned our call or quoted us exorbitant prices for basic work. Absolute Pools promptly returned our call, Chris came out the next day for an estimate, and the team began work within 2 weeks!! Noe guided us through the project daily and he let us know ahead of time of unexpected repairs. Their pricing was very fair. We are thrilled with how our pool looks. They used fiberglass, gave us all new plumbing, a new light, and beautiful tile. It is fully up to code and GORGEOUS!! We highly recommend Absolute Pools. "I cannot say enough good things about them.  Extremely responsive, courteous  and professional.  Took great care in wrapping the furniture and in moving it into the house (made sure it didn't scratch the walls or the floors).  Were extremely patient with us when we changed our minds with the the placement of some of the furniture (moved couches from one room to another and back again).  We also had some challenging reassembling issues that they handled no problem.

"They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."

"We were very happy with the cost and the fact that Joe looked at the least expensive options first and was able to perform everything at a lower cost than I was expecting. 
The only negative we had is that he wasn't always quick in getting back to us with next steps as he did come out on 3 separate occasions.  Joe told us that he had hurt his foot while on a job after the fact.  I understand, but it would have been good to get a return call so that we weren't wondering what was going on.  The first visit was on 5/06/13, so overall we were able to get it fixed pretty quickly.
He also wasn't able to provide much help with our request to get new wood siding and his response was just that "I don't do wood".  Again, I understand but would have been nice to get some direction on who to work with or how to move forward on that piece.
Joe was very nice and I would recommend his services.
