"Everyone wants and hopes that their renovation goes smoothly. Reality shows that isn't always the case. We have hired Bumble Bee plumbing to help with remodeling 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything went well until the final bathroom. We had a leak with the shower valve that we couldn't get to stop. Mike and his team came out several times, worked with the manufacturer of the valve to get and replace several parts before it was determined that we needed a new valve installed. This meant tearing out some of the tile and cutting a hole in the wall. Nobody want to hear the news that their newly tiled shower needs to have a hole cut into it.
