"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

"Raptor Rooter were in a crunch situation as they needed to respond to an emergency situation at another site. They suggested possibly rescheduling for the next day at the time I was calling to inform them we had developed a problem which required us to shut down the main water to the house. Raptor's service dispatcher immediately responded let me work with our crews i Will call you back. I received a call back about 5 minutes later and was informed she had come up with a crew that were on their way to pickup the water heater and would install today the original instillation date and they would handle the additional leak problem. Raptor Rooter came thru big time the crew arrived unloaded the new heater one man started removing the old heater while the other replaced the problem water valve which was my emergency. Both men then concentrated in completing the water heater replacement very efficiently. In my opinion these guys are top rate. The four stars on money even though the were the low bidders for the replacement, I would like it to be cheaper. Sorry that's just me."

"Steve removed existing kitchen Fossett as requested, Then installed our newly purchased kitchen Fossett, and replaced cold water shut off valve, and rehung a water hose going to the dishwasher, and put in a blank Where the soap dispenser had been .Dishwasher hose and the blank we’re done on his part without being asked he just noticed that they needed to be done. My mother has a new air conditioning unit (similar to heat pump) that was installed by another company. Outside temperature yesterday was 96 degrees and the unit stopped working yesterday around noon. By the evening time, the house was 86 degrees which is dangerous for her as she is in her late 80's and homebound. I called the company who installed the unit and was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could come out even though the unit is still under their warranty. (Oddly enough that company also has "A" rating through Angie's List but I'm puzzled how that's possible.) The service coordinator was terse and said they only did "first come, first serve" which I understand when dealing with most of us. However there are times when priorities are needed.

I found Aire Serv on Angie's List. From the beginning of the call the experience was positive and very helpful. She acknowledged that home bound and elderly people needed to have a quicker response. She agreed to try to get someone out the next day and would try to get someone there today so would call me with more information ASAP. Meanwhile my husband attempted to problem solve the issue and fortunately managed to fix it. That is the only reason that Aire Serv did not do work for us. I will absolutely use Aire Serv the next time we need anything and highly recommen
