I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! "I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. "After a long time of trying to find a contractor that would take on our project at a reasonable cost, we finally found Rob at Elander & Sons.  He was very honest and upfront about the project and all the obstacles we would face when dealing with an old home (1890), which we appreciated.  His price was fair and the final cost didn't vary far from his original estimate.  Communication wasn't an issue and he was always punctual.  We have young kids in the house and he always took precautions to make sure they were protected from the work he was doing.  After 3 months he and his crew were able to transform a very basic (crooked) room where no plumbing existed, into a beautiful new bathroom with stackable washer/dryer!  We couldn't be happier and will definitely use Rob again.
