"I called Head's Summer of 2015. Out of 4 big name companies in town, only Harry from Head's tried to find the leak. We both thought he discovered the problem and I paid $300 for a repair. Unfortunately, it ended up being a bigger problem and Harry suggested replacing the roof over the room. It's a flat roof, so ended up putting on a rubber roof for a great price. They replaced any rotten wood they found on the roof, laid down insulation board, then the rubber roof and they put metal around the edges of the roof and sealed up the edges. They did everything they could to help prevent water from getting to the wood again. Since the previous roof wasn't put on too well, the drip edge was in the way when I had the gutters replaced last year (different company). These guys installed the drip edge correctly, which left a gap between the flashing and drip edge so there was a small amount of wood exposed. I asked for a quote to rehang the gutter, as I didn't think it was their fault at all. I came home yesterday and discovered that they had come out and added metal over the wood so it's no longer exposed. No extra charge! Harry and the guys that worked on my roof were great! Very nice men. Took them 2 days, but they got a late start the first day due to a cancellation of another project. <br>I've always been told Head's is expensive, but they were lower than 1 quote I got and about the same as 2 other quotes I got. I also received some extra perks w/o any additional charge, as far as I'm concerned. Very pleased and highly recommend this company! <br> <br>"

"They were a little expensive, but they did a very good job. They got them all messed up and somehow we got lost and it took 2 months to get them to come out after they first came out. They lost us somehow and I don't know what happened. I had to literally call them back and start over again. They were there exactly when they said they were coming the second time they came out. We called them and told them our roof was leaking. We got them from Angie's List, and then I had to call them back, and she said they can't find us anywhere. I would use them again. As a matter of fact, we would be calling them again soon."

Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. You have certainly set bar very high for the other contractors that will be coming in for the other parts of the home! Your company and its crew should be very proud of its work. You do a job that is very difficult, complex and tedious, but you do it with care, expertise, and perfection. We actually miss you guys and wish you were around. You are like family to us.
