We were always given the run around and finally we were told after multiple calls that we will have to pay again for Mr. Mike to come out and possibly treat again. We were never given appropriate response or reasoning to why we can't talk to Mike, it appeared he was never accessible for his customers to address their concerns despite his and his company's claims of friendly, customer oriented business looking forward to work with his customers which was never the case."
