"I called Action Appliance (soon to be JR Appliance) at around 9:30 this morning when my dryer started making a very strange noise. As soon as I described the sound JR pretty much new that it must be sort of foreign item that had been caught in the fan or motor (one of those things). He showed up an hour and half later took apart my dryer and found the problem (a playing cart was the culprit; the 9 of Clubs). After cleaning the entire inside of the dryer that was covered with lint he put the dryer back together, and replaced the hose that was also stuffed with lint. JR is awesome and will definitely be calling him for future appliance issues."
