Not only did they save me a ton of money (less than half of MY cheapest estimates) but they tailored my payments to fit my budget and got the job done in record time. The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! "Lee arrived on time, worked quickly and left no mess at all.  I was not aware the damper did not fully open: he fixed it so the damper would open fully and close, and added a new access chain at no extra charge. He completed the work in about one hour or less.  I expected to wait to get the appointment, but he was able to do it the next day at a time convenient for me, on a Saturday no less. 
I feel the price was right and am relieved to finally have a chimney cap that will keep rain and animals out as well as a clean and functional damper.   When you see how dirty a chimney sweep can get while on the job, the value of this service to a homeowner is more apparent!
