"We purchased to of the big deal coupons for toilet installation to replace low toilets with comfort height ones.  Scheduling was easy- Jake was available to come in the evening, and gave us several options for which day would work best for us.  He arrived on time and installed both toilets quickly and cleanly.  He also reviewed some other changes we were considering, and told us which were practical and which would require more extensive work.  We made arrangements to hire him again to install a disposal and he gave us very clear directions on what we needed for the job. Very happy with the service and will hire again.

"The turn around was very quick and went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, friendly and respectful. I am very pleased with my counters. In order for it to go quickly and smoothly it's important to have everything ready including purchasing the sink (if you are providing your own) and faucet, and the original counters clearing off for the template and removed for the install."

"They were the first to give us a quote and were able to come out as soon as we needed them to. Installation was smooth, and they have been good at following up to make sure the system is working. Because our radon is still slightly high, they are doing another radon test and will follow up if it comes back high yet again. We would definitely recommend them to others!"

"I had a leaking faucet in my shower. So I called NE Renovation to see if they could fix it.  They asked me about my problem and the name of the faucet however the name plate was worn and I could not determine the name so I did not know the type of faucet it was. A technician came to my house and in seconds after seeing the faucet knew exactly what was needed. He returned a week later with new faucet parts and quickly replaced the failing parts.

He was very professional and helpful in describing what he was doing. The repaired faucet works beautifully. I would definitely use them again on any project that I need help with.

It is comforting to know a professional resource is available quickly with a simple phone call."

"They did an excellent job on the roof. It was done exactly like they said it would. They were easy to work with. As with all remodels or additions things come up that are unexpected. They were easy to work with and to overcome any issues to my satisfaction. That is the true test of customer service. I will use them again in the future.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Furnace job:
Allen replaced our ancient Utica Boiler with a new and efficient Buderus., as well as updating all the supporting hardware He did a fantastic job. He came in, assessed the work, made some recommendations (such as installing individual zone pumps), issued an estimate on how long it would take him and how much it would cost. Allen came in and performed all the work he specified in the time he said for the cost he said. Very positive experience.
On the shower and toilets, again, Allen did exactly what he said he would do. We didn't get an estimate for this work so I can's say how well he did coming in on budget, but he did perform the work in the exact amount of time he said he would.

"From the first contact, Matt was very responsive. Via email, he requested several pictures and produced a quote which was very competitive and clearly outlined the work had to be done. From demolition to completion the deck was done in 3 1/2 days and the site was cleaned  up at day end.
The staff was very receptive to my questions and concerns. Example: I had a frost heaving concern, which ruined the original deck. What we found was the deck was installed in the winter and the cement was poured in 12 below zero weather. Matt confirmed this would no be the case since it was a summer pour and we were below the frost line.
The deck is solid with several improvements which I did not expect. The steps are a lower step hight which allows my father in law to use which he could not before. The materiel is of good quality, the cuts are crisp and the overall look is nice. Great job for  fair price. I would have him build my next house!
