"it went amazing. Even though it was not a very large job, Ed came out three times to discuss project and my reservations. He was punctual, very informative and very congenial. I hired him and although we had some delays caused by wet weather, he finished the job earlier this month. His crew was outstanding in every way. Everything was cleaned up meticulously and the crew even did a few extra things esthetically to make up for the slight delay caused by weather. "We had several wide and narrow cracks in a 15 year old driveway, which they filled and sealed neatly. The seal coat material was put down in a clean and professional manner. There was no splash or spill on the surrounding concrete garage aprons or stone block, or on the grass. They left no footprints in the seal coat and took away all debris. Just a really clean job. We had an issue with an unexpected storm washing away some uncured material in a small heavily shaded area a couple of days later. They came back and recoated the area. The job came out great. The company is responsive to phone and text messages, and they arrive on time. Overall a good experience."

"It went well. Bob Steck the representative was very knowledgeable and responsive and won my trust immediately. I would give the job an A all around except for one disappointment. The crew, who were genial and polite, thought they were finished when I pointed out that no wall patching had been done even though it was in the contract. This brought on some grumbling which, though understandable, I did not appreciate. They patched the wall as required but I suspect they did this more hastily than they might have otherwise. When I came back I found that the clean-out valve, exit pipe, soil pipe and window sill were covered in cement splotches. This is an aesthetic quibble but it soured a job otherwise well-done. I think if they had taken just a little more time on the wall and to clean up, I would have been perfectly satisfied. It hasn't rained since the installation, but the French drain itself looks good to go. I would recommend them."
