"We were VERY happy with Don's performance and plan to hire him again for work in one of our bathrooms.   He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about many areas of home remodeling and repairs.   In addition to his friendly demeanor,   he also gave us some great suggestions to save us some money.   He worked non-stop for the time that was agreed to via the Angie's List Coupon.     Across the board,  a GREAT experience!"

"Alex was thorough. They were flexible due weather delays on the roof repairs."

"excellent prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, cleaned up"

"Excellent. I would definitely use A-1 services again. It took extra work and time to fix replace my sliding screen door. It is working perfectly now!!"

"It was perfect. The company was extremely available and accommodating. The installer was excellent. I was extremely happy with every aspect of the purchase and installation. I would recommend 100%."

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."

"Work was that was initially done inside my home was not matching in color to the neighboring switches. They came back to make it match to my complete satisfaction."

We are preparing to sell a house and after inspection, discovered there were some plumbling issues with the kitchen sink, bathrooms and basement, along with some minor other repairs.  Called Statewide and spoke to Juan.  We arranged a day and time for him to come over and give an estimate for all the work we needed done.  Juan came on a Monday, went through the house, reviewed the work and gave us a very fair estimate for everything that needed to be done. Even though he was in the middle of another job, Juan said he would fit us in as soon as he could.  On Tuesday, he called me and said he could fit us in on Friday!  I agreed, Juan and his people came over on that Friday as planned and had everything completed by the end of the day!!   The work was professional and clean and my plumbing and repair problems were over within the same week. I would definitely use Statewide again and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Juan!

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"Star painting power washed and painted the whole exterior of our house 5 years ago. It has held up extremely well. We had some damage recently and called them to repair it. They were incredibly responsive & completed all the work going above and beyond in honoring our warranty on the work. Often times one is disappointed that people don't stand behind their work, but Star painting did - 5 years later - and even when the damage was not related to their work. I recommend them fully to anyone looking for quality work, and professionalism with customers. The cost of service quoted in this review is the original cost - they did not charge us for the recent repairs which was incredible!"
