We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. "Working with Mark was easy and efficient. He talked through what we were looking for in additional space (master bedroom suite) and we worked out all of the small details. We love the old New England look of our home and he was able to capture that look in his plans while giving us the modern updates we were looking for (closets and a large bathroom). He gave us 3 versions of the overall design to choose between. Once we had chosen the design, he produced the building plans. He also coordinated with an engineer to do the engineering report. All the while, he was extremely responsive and reached out whenever he had a question about what we were looking for. I highly recommend working with him!"

"If you're looking for a budget job, keep looking. Jack isn't cheap, but he gives you the highest quality service and work. Started on time, worked continuously, finished on time. Spent a lot of time with us discussing the options and planning the work. "Old School" perfectionism. Minimized household disruptions and cleaned up well at the end of each day. Came immediately when we had a minor problem after the job was completed and paid for. The finished product looks fabulous. And if you're a dog lover, you might even get to meet Jack's french bulldog Coco."
