We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. Our project was to remove the load bearing walls on the first floor of a center hall colonial, reconfigure the kitchen cabinetry, add recessed lighting, install and refinish hardwood floors throughout the home, and to reconfigure the master bedroom. "We contracted the AllPro team to remodel the bath which was the mid 70's beautiful pink motif, with small pink and white 1 inch square floor title. The bath has withstood three kids, hot steam baths and all. So it was definitely time to remodel. The AllPro team is made up of Peter, the owner, Frank & Bob. They function very well as a team. They are very prompt in the morning. They are very concerned about cleanliness, the morning begins with spreading tarps over the route they will travel. All cutting, wood or title, is performed outside. At days end the work space is cleaned and all tarps are folded and put away til the next day. Of course there are plenty of cardboard boxes to hold all the new components. The boys broke down the boxes and consolidated them for easy disposal. It's always important to satisfy the lady of the house. Frank and Bob worked for some time with the lady of the house to work out the tile patterns for the floor and the for the shower walls. They both put forward great suggestions. They will go to great lengths to insure that the customer gets what they want. They are very concerned about producing quality workmanship. As an example all corners are coped in rather than mitered which is an easier faster method. The job is now complete both myself and my wife are very pleased with the finished job, I would certainly recommend AllPro as a contractor."

"We had an old home that had gotten too small for a growing family. We liked our neighborhood and wanted to remodel/add on. Matt (MTL Contracting) advised that it would be more cost efficient to replace the old house with a new modular home. He helped us from the beginning in planning out the home, letting us look at many Modular home plans from his supplier and from online sources that we found and letting us modify them to suit our needs. Matt delivered everything promised. We ended up with a very nice NEW house at far less cost than it would have been to move into a comparable one close to our neighborhood and without the headaches of updating old construction. At the outset, he said "I want to give you a TURNKEY house. Everything will be ready for you to move in" and that was what happened. Matt did a lot of the finishing work (front porch, garage, interiors etc..) himself in addition to subcontracting. We picked out hardwood flooring and he installed it, he installed the appliances we bought, tiled the bathrooms with our selection of tile etc.. In addition to building the house, he has stood by the construction and has made himself available when things needed attention (routine settling cracks, some siding that blew off in a windstorm etc.) We had a deck on the old house, and he managed to remove it during demolition and re-attach it to the new house. Later, we decided to remove the deck and put in a patio and MTL came in with a great price and put in a very nice Paver Patio. I would recommend MTL Contracting for your construction needs large and small. Great value and workmanship at competitive prices."
