"Angel and all the members of each part of the crew (painting, installing, clean up) were outstanding! They were courteous and professional and I trusted in them from start to finish. Angel explained the whole process and helped me along the way. I am new to remodeling and did have help from my boyfriend but Angel had great ideas and is meticulous in his work. My boyfriend, who handled electrical, has been in the business for over 30 years and was also very impressed with the work and professionalism. I love my bathroom and am so excited to show my friends and family! I canâ t wait to get some work done on another bathroom and will without a doubt use ZZeo home renovations again! "We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. "The service and work were so superb that I actually hired Beyond Renovations instead of the previous contractor to remodel my kitchen and install new kitchen flooring. Rich and his crew have also performed numerous side jobs for me as well such as waterproofing and hydraulic cementing my basement as well as cutting and trimming trees. "After living through projects that felt very messy and interruptive - even in the rooms that weren't even part of it - I was hesitant to do more. I looked for a contractor that would be respectful to the fact that we had to still live in the house and J. Cottingham lived up to their promise. Very clean process and impeccable results. Their workmanship accounted for all the 'old house' challenges without losing quality."

"The majority of the work was done well. During our time working with the company there was a change in leadership and staffing that slowed progress on the job so that it took them around a month to complete the originally contracted job. However, they were dedicated to only using staff who could complete a quality job. The owners were very responsive by phone, and would frequently come out to check on progress. If we expressed unhappiness about some of the work, they would send someone out to fix the job to the best of their ability. Their painting/plastering work was not especially great, we knew that they could not match the color, however, the patches were sloppy which was surprising given their name. I wish they would have used higher quality materials for the fixtures, but the best of Lowe's is what they used. However, we were allowed to select the fixtures ourselves and they would pick up the item. If we wanted higher quality, we would have had to research, purchase, and pick up the fixtures ourselves and they said that they would install the fixtures. After getting many estimates and working with other contractors, we would use and recommend them in the future, especially if they had settled their staffing/leadership issues."

"Jim was personable, friendly, and gave us a fair price.  He also said he would do a few extra things like tape and spackle lightly in some closets, and help enclose the electric circuit box. His price was good, but some else was lower for this work so we went with the other guy.  However, we would contract with Jim for other work beyond the scope of just drywall if we needed it.

"I had to pay for two hours of services, when it only took him 20 minutes to fix the closet, Then he left. 20 minutes worth of work for $184 is more than what my doctor makes an hour. He came out within a week or two. He was a very nice man, but for me to have to pay $184 for 20 minutes. He did fix the shelves and used old wood. It's not like it cost him $100 for the materials. He's not the first one or the last one to take advantage of me. I have someone else helping me. I wouldn't use them again. I had other little things for him to do when he was done with the closet, but he just left. The work he did was good."
