"Came out in a couple of days for a quote. Started work within a time frame they quoted me when here. I didn't even know they were here until the sounds of the jack hammer started making the filler holes. Three man crew were efficient and professional. I feel they went beyond expectations by filling in an area that's always been open and been a problem with debris collecting between a step and the front porch. They cemented over the plugs and filled cracks so the walk looks almost like new. A low spot that always collects water and then ices during the winter will do so no more, Some of the 'lifts' to the slabs were 3-4 inches! It even feels different to walk on the walk now. He pointed out A problem with how the patio concrete was poured - touching my furnace vent pipes and educated me about how that would be a problem with our freezing climate. This was a problem thatI had not even anticipated. Then, unbelievably and mercifully, Jim offered to come back to correct this for me. He came back to my home a week later and took the time to cut out the offending concrete piece so that it no longer touched my pipes in addition to making some aesthetic enhancements to another poorly poured piece around my air conditioner. All of this on his own time and at no cost to me!!!! What an unbelievable contractor. I cannot say anything more positively about this man.
