"My family experienced water and wind damage earlier this year. We had to be placed in a hotel. After reaching out to numerous companies, we chose Maynor construction. I am glad we did!! If it wasnâ t for Maynor and his staff, I wouldnâ t have made it. The process was long and depressing because of being away from home. However Maynor and his staff reassured me. They showed patience with me and worked hand and hand with my insurance company with getting my home repaired in a timely manner. Thank you Maynor! I truly feel like we are family!"

"On October 15, 2025, I paid Better Built Contracting for the materials and installation of a privacy fence in the amount of $4,900.00. Installation did not begin until November 25, 2025. The fence has yet to be completed as of March 31, 2026. Better Built Contracting had informed me that since the trained product installer was taking so long to do the job, he was going to use his people (not trained) to do it. Their attempted installation has failed miserably as shown in the attached photos. As a result of the faulty installation, the fence received heavy damage due to strong winds on March 11, 2026. Better Built Contracting was texted about my concerns and was advised that if the fencing was not correctly installed and completed by April 01, 2026, that I would begin action against them for a full refund of the $4,900.00. Better Built Contracting was texted on March 20, 2026, and informed that we had not been contacted by any of his employees, or the trained installer. "

"I was not previously satisfied with the work done by Patio Enclosures on my house but they have fully redeemed their services, making me a happy customer! They sent a manager from their corporate headquarters to assist the situation and I am so pleased with the rework they’ve done. Thank you guys for fixing everything and offering what I initially wanted and more. I recommend this company to anyone who needs these services!"

"I spent about $6000 in the fall of 2011 replacing all the windows in my condo, including 2 glass sliding patio doors. The seal has now failed on one of the patio doors, and it looks terrible. I have called Todd Pickett at Affordable Windows several times since February 26th--over a period of 3+ months now--trying to get this replaced. He referred me to the manufacturer that he says he no longer uses due to problems he has had with them, and does not seem to be worrying about this getting fixed. (He first gave me the phone number for the manufacturer and said the glass was covered by the manufacturer's warranty.) Why are they so casual about fixing something that they admitted should not have failed? The manufacturer at first responded to my emails, saying that it had been ordered, but that there was a 3 week delay, that they expected it done by the end of the week, and so on . It is June now, and this has been going on since February. This is a very disappointing way to treat a customer."

"Robin and Chad were great to work with in building our new lake home. The house is completely custom and has a lot of detail, specialty work and unique features. Robin and Chad were endlessly patient and professional in helping us achieve the look and feel we envisioned. In addition, the home was built during a time of supply chain issues and pricing challenges. These challenges were handled professionally. We always felt like we were on the same team with Robin Campbell Builders and they went above and beyond to deliver what we wanted. We love our new home!"

"Thank you, Mike Apple and Moss Roofing; I love my new roof! I highly recommend Mike and Moss Roofing for your roofing and siding projects. Mike and the company were reliable, honest, and great to work with. The crew was excellent, and Mike was very helpful in explaining the process. My landscape was covered, and the cleanup was exceptional. In fact, Mike returned, helped the crew clean up, and was there until 8:30 pm to ensure everything was spotless. I have worked with other roofing companies, and Moss was by far the best."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Frankton, IN

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
