"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. He ran new wiring and an outside conduit to where the flood light was installed. He tested the photocell and said to let him know if there were any issues. The light works as intended and I’m very satisfied."
