I scrambled to find and call a plumber. James picked up right away and was at my house within two hours. He had all the tools and replacement materials needed to complete the job efficiently. In less than an hour, the old, cracked pipe was gone, the new material was installed and I was able to run water throughout my house with no leaks. Not sure what I would have done without his help (especially on a day when pipes were bursting all over the area). Would recommend James' services far and wide."

The plumber call from the wrong entrance and I had to stay on the phone and provide turn-by-turn directions and go stand out front of our unit. When he want to purchase a replacement faucet, he took over 90 minutes to return. He charged nearly $500.00 to replace a faucet! He went on and on about how much money he was saving us!
