Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. The plumber call from the wrong entrance and I had to stay on the phone and provide turn-by-turn directions and go stand out front of our unit. When he want to purchase a replacement faucet, he took over 90 minutes to return. He charged nearly $500.00 to replace a faucet! He went on and on about how much money he was saving us!
