The roof installation team (with crew leader, Leo) arrived on time and worked exceedingly hard and efficiently to get their work done quickly-rain was coming & sprinkled several times throughout the day. They did a great clean up job also. Luis (install manager) did great follow-up with us, as we had a few minor questions. He promptly contacted us, came to speak with us and provided all the information we requested. I would also like to say that the gentleman that delivered the dumpster did a great job parking it and was so quiet picking it up EARLY the following morning, that neither Or the dogs heard him & it was just outside our window. We are very pleased with our experience and service we received from Victors and their excellent employees. "

"Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."

"I had a very disappointing experience with Schoenherr Roofing. Can't believe 500+ 5 star reviews are true. I signed a contract at my home and later attempted to cancel within a few days after realizing I wanted to go another direction. They refused to return my deposit, even though they had not started any work, had not pulled permits, and had not ordered any materials. Most importantly, they also failed to provide the legally required "Notice of Right to Cancel" under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule, which gives homeowners the right to cancel contracts signed at their residence. After multiple emails communications, they finally agreed to release me from the contract but still kept my deposit ? despite having done absolutely nothing. I consider this unfair and not in line with ethical business practices. I?ve initiate to file complaints with the Michigan Attorney General, BBB, and FTC. I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company ? make sure you fully understand the"
