"We had a leak underneath the shower and that triggered us to remodel entire bathroom. They stripped the room down to the studs and replaced a section of damaged sub-floor. Baseboard heat was rerouted and they created a decorative cover that works very well. Their tile work on the floor and wall was exceptional and results are very beautiful. They implemented all requests (like shower pan leak testing) and preferences without complaint. After the work was done, we found bathroom door had to be adjusted to close a small gap, and they came right away to make that adjustment. The final cost calculation went really quick with no hidden costs. The workers are very nice and conscientious about protecting our properity not under construction, cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimizing noise when needed to accommodate working from home. We will definitely consider this company for our next project."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

Charles came to do the inspection and spent over an hour checking everything out, explaining everything he saw, making sure I understood what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was very thorough. They scheduled the work within a few days and even when we had to reschedule he communicate a plan very effectively. The job required two days, one for the mold and one for everything else. They were very efficient and did excellent work. I actually notice a big difference in the comfort of my home.
