"Rick left the project unfinished and I had to hire other contractors to finish the job. Today I found out the due to inadequate moisture barrier installation the a lot of the siding on the addition will have to be replaced. I definitely do not recommend Rick Sanders. Additionally he charged us a lot of money in the middle of the build for extras that were represented as free. RUN when you see Mr Sanders show up."

Other competitors putting on a lesser product were charging 15 to 35 % higher than elite 4 roofing and remodeling. They came out and finished the roof in one long day and did a very nice job cleaning up. Afterwards you could not tell that they were there other than the new beautiful roof.
