"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"Amazing! They sent someone out the day after I called to give me an estimate. Unlike other companies, they listened and proposed a solution that was right for me. They told me I didn’t have to spend a bazillion dollars tearing up my old concrete driveway because it was in decent shape in all but one area (where it met the carport). I’d mentioned that I don’t plan on living here past 10 years, plus houses in this area are typically bought by developers and torn down when sold. Asphalt over concrete doesn’t typically last as long but it was more than enough for me. Removing the concrete would have more than doubled the cost.
