"We hired Deck it Out to renovate our guest suite above our garage. We had a modest budget and didn t want to break the bank for a space that is rarely used. I interviewed several contractors before hiring Brad. None of the others seemed to understand modest budget. In fact every single one of them overshot our budget by several thousand dollars whereas Brad actually listened to us and our needs and wound up coming in under our budget. Brad never tried to upsell me but he did offer genuine advice based on his years of experience. He is knowledgeable, personable, and very straightforward. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."
