I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. "The owner of this company serviced our pool for over 15 years.  He was extremely responsible and professional.  He always responded to my calls promptly and made whatever repairs were necessary as quickly as possible.  He was always sensitive to costs of replacement items.  He also spent the off season going to classes and manufacturer training to be current in the industry.  His rates were reasonable.   When we were remodeling our pool deck and pool, he coordinated with the pool and deck contractors.  When our heater needed servicing he was knowledgeable enough to conduct the service himself.  Our pool was always crystal clear.  If he hadn't cut back with servicing our area, I would still have his company service our pool. "
