"I came home to a pool of water in my front yard. Since I had already been using Will-Fix-It for my A/C and heating maintenance, I called them to see if they could help. The first part of the project was to dig where the problem area was an assess the damage. Turned out I had an old black pipe running under my yard which was the standard when the house was built in 1976. They repaired the leak area and clamped it fully explaining that without a complete digout and replacement of the entire line I would probably have the same issue in the future. I couldn't afford a project that big at the time so I assumed the risk. More than 2 years later, the pipe burst again and luckily I had the ability to fund the project. I called Will-Fix-It again and they came back out and completed the job. I have had 0 problems with the new line and am grateful they were able to get water in my house again within just a day. Great work and I'll be using them again for many years to come."

"James and Jaime arrived at my residence with a professional and friendly demeanor. Their first impressions was consistent from start to finish. Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. "3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"

He observed that we had galvanized piping, and getting the house re-piped was on our list of things to do. Legend Plumbing gave us a 'package' bid in which we were given a significant discount on the water heater replacement, plus repairing the shower and re-piping the house and water line leading from the water meter to our house. We had to have the water shut off twice, and they worked with us to accommodate our schedule. "Water heater went out on a Tuesday morning. Tex arrived Tuesday night, upon inspection indicated it needed to be replaced. Advised if we paid $500 up front he would deal with the warranty company and get faster response. Thursday night was advised he had the parts but did not confirm what time he would come on Friday. Left the customer waiting for a response. At 3pm on Friday was told he would be there by 6pm. He arrived at 7:30, had a broken part that he could not find a replacement at Lowe's. Advised he would be back Saturday morning at 8am. We were doubtful and pushed for a realistic time. He said 8am. He arrived around 5pm. No issue with the quality of work. Serious issue with time management. We used his services before to replace our garbage disposal and that was completed without an issue."
