"The team that came and did the work were fantastic, in spite of, the lady in the office, very nice, the rest, management etc terrible. I was quoted a job that I really did not need, the worked was not presented to the team that did the work correctly. The install equipment the install team had to use was trash, their truck was barely running, they were not supplied the correct piping for the job, no support by management while on the job. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do not use."

Miguel and his team were efficient and did a great job. They communicated very well, which I really appreciated, and the job was completed in about a week. "Avoid them...their own intall tech walked into my house, looked at the work order and -incredulously- declared to me that 'whoever wrote this up...they were probably new. But this isn't going to solve your problem". That ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Drying Company completely botched the job. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."

His bid on the job was emailed in a timely manner & when the weather allowed He & his crew came out & knocked out the job, as well as, bringing our septic system to safety standards.
