"Don professionally repaired my deck. He replaced rotten wood and shored up support beams. He also assisted me in deciding the best decking materials to use. I decided to use a composite material for the decking material, and he did a fantastic job on installing. He also did a little extra work with loading, hauling, and spreading rock under the deck to help the drainage problem. He is spontaneous, cleans and clear the work area every day, and a down right good guy to work with. I plan on using his services to paint the deck this spring, and I would highly recommend him for any deck repair job."

"We are very pleased with the service we received from Good Neighbor Fencing. Bob Stewart was great to work with. He helped us select and design a fence that would work well in the space we planned to enclose. He also took notice of our dogs and suggested smaller spacing between the rails on the fence to be sure our smaller dog did not get out of the backyard once we had it fenced in. In addition to being very pleased with working with Bob, we were extremely happy with the installation that Vernon and Joe did. They were careful to ensure that the fence was installed properly and even went so far as to hand-dig the post holes so that they did not do any damage to our irrigation system and underground electric fence. All that said, my husband and I would recommend Good Neighbor Fencing without reservation."

"Work was done well--all wooden surfaces on exterior were sealed. Three coats of sealer were brushed into the deck treads. It looks great"

"Dave and his crew was very hardworking, and professional . They were here from 8-5 (or earlier) each day until the job was done. Dave was very interested in finishing the job to our satisfaction. Dave and his crew's attention to detail and pride in there work is evident in the finished product. I would recommend them to everyone.

"My house & deck look brand new. My driveway look great & my lawn is beautiful. Job well done! They will be my go to..."

"Hector and his crew did a fine job powerwashing and removing the dirty northside stains on our roof, including a portion that was metal. They also powerwashed our back porch and our chicken coop roof (metal) and its cedar siding; they all look sooooo much better! Definitely plan to use them again on more projects in the future. Prices were reasonable and service was timely and professional."

"Team was very well prepared and worked quickly. They replaced numerous supports that were rotten and swapped out wood for trex. The deck looks fantastic and was very cleanly finished. Would absolutely use again!"

"I am very happy with there work as soon as I get my deck together I will take pictures of the wonderful job they did because words couldn’t explain the life and beauty brought back into our deck. Seriously great price, John surpassed our expectations and he’s a great guy who gave us everything to we asked and more."

"The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it."
