Now, a few weeks before closing after we scheduled a TON of services including movers, truck, friends taking off to help, babysitters for kids, and have a buffer of 3 weeks before we have to move out of a rental end of June; Martha tells me they require a certain letter from the pension that I will not receive until mid-july.
