Jim initiates exceptional daily communication explaining who would be coming and going at various time throughout the day. I was extremely impressed with how flexible and accommodating the team was as surprises came up. The crew also kept the job moving once they began. I can count on one hand the number of days someone wasn't at our house making progress once project kicked off. Everyone Jim brought in maintained respectful and fun interactions with my entire family. All the subcontractors were also highly capable, worked quickly, and did a nice quality job. The team clearly pursued excellence in the quality of their work, happily doing rework when a task did not meet our expectations. "The project went well. Chris and his Son were polite and did a good job. Under the cold conditions they were able to provide a high quality product. The work they did in my garage looks amazing. They were also able to touch up my existing drywall and re-texture and paint to make the whole garage seamless. There were a few minor cracks to the seams that showed up. Chris is going to wait until the weather warms up to come back and take care of them. I'm confident this will be resolved and he was more than willing to address and take care of it. I'll post an update once the work is done. I also had them paint some exposed wood around my garage door. They did a very nice job and I'm thrilled with the work."

"I found mold behind some old paneling that I was removing. There was also mold in the carpet where the wall had mold. Donny came by to review the issue and provided a bid on the job. We scheduled the work and then he brought in his crew to remove the drywall and carpet. They were very professional and quick. His crew put up plastic to contain the area and used a fan to blow any airborne mold out of the house. His crew also treated the floor and walls to kill any other mold and to prevent anymore. We found a crack in the foundation so Donny also sealed this crack with epoxy. His crew was completed in one day and they left up the plastic as he knew I was doing more renovations in the area. This was very helpful. Donny and his crew do a great job and they are very easy to work with. Hopefully I wont have mold issues again but if I do I will definitely use MasterCat to clean it up!

Custom Craft performed their work over a few months having to juggle and coordinate with other contractors. This was not a simple job. Rich and his crew understood our dilemma and went to work with a high degree of professionalism. As one can imagine water and mold makes for major problems and a great deal of stress. "Some of the finishing work could have been a little bit better. We have been working with them about coming back and fixing stuff. For the most part, they were there when they said they were going to be there. Always answered my phone calls."
