"Vargas Landscaping & Maintenance did an excellent job. They had the machine grind the stumps and the price was reasonable."

"When we purchased the house, it was a 30 year old home. Almost everybody in the period of five years to seven years wanted to convert to copper plumbing. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."

"I am still receiving bids for both jobs so I have not made a final hiring decision."

"Jason and his crew performed both exceptionally and professionally on numerous occasions at my residence. Particularly mentionable was the transparency put forth on work explanation versus leaving the customer in the dark. I recommend the outfit to anyone finding themselves in a jam OR on preventive maintenance issues."

"US Trenchless (Ross) preformed an inspection for us on a house we were buying. After we bought it, he installed a sewer access in the backyard. It was pretty cool to see the sewer pipe via their sewer camera. Very professional team doing the work. They left our backyard in the same condition as before. Highly recommend you have a sewer inspection from these guys if you're buying a home or have an older home.

"Frederick was prompt with his email estimate and final cost did not change. He had a one-day delay in his project, but he called to explain why he would be late. It was because a customer had asked that he add on additional tasks while he was there. I can appreciate that because he did the same thing for me. I have asked him to give me a bid on an additional project."
