"My slate roof (from 1943) developed major leaks after a summer of intense rain. I had interviewed two or three other roofing companies before I saw Homelife's TV commercial, and on a whim I called the toll free number. I spoke to a nice lady who was able to schedule an in-home estimate for the very next day. That was impressive enough (all the other roofing companies had me wait a week or two just for an estimator), but when Holden Clark showed up on time the next day and explained the entire roof replacement process to me, methodically and thoroughly, I was even more impressed. "A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."
