"Samuel was an excellent person to work with. His crew were on time, they did an outstanding job. They cleaned up everything. Samuel was there with his crew the majority of the time making sure everything we spoke about was done! His price to replace, the roof, all the boards around and under the roof and paint was lower than other estimates I got to just replace my roof. I am over the moon how beautiful my house looks and the job they done! Hire this crew and Samuel for any job you need done. You will be so glad you did! Thank Samuel"

Services offered: Residential Renovations Interior and exterior. \n\nWho We Are:\n\nWe Are a small family business with a big famly heart! I have 4 children and an amazing wife that I live for! I started this business when my wife was pregnant with our first. She is now coming up on 5 years old. We recently relocated to Okaloosa county Florida. We are here to stay. I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through out the process is my kind of challange. I love showing the final product and seeing the look on the clients face when we finish! At the end of each job I can say to myself ( we upgraded not just their home, but their lives.)\n\nHistory:\n\nI have been In this line of work for 12 years now. I have stuck with it because I like it. the first job I had in the trade, I knew that I better pay attention to all of my mentors. I knew from day one that I wanted to do this for myself one day! I started out doing side jobs while still employed. Eventually I saved enough to invest into the things I needed for start up. I pulled the trigger and never looked back!

"He told me that he could do the simple repair or I could do it myself. He showed me what materials to get and I was able to fix it. He was a good guy. He is very honest. I would highly recommend him."

"Pole barn construction was professional, workers and quality were great. We are very happy with the building. A sub-contractor was employed by ToolTime for the driveway. Concrete was not as described and poorly installed. James (owner) worked diligently to resolve the issue with both the concrete company and the sub-contractor. While it took a little time, the situation has been resolved to our satisfaction."

"We got about four quotes and we felt most comfortable with Craftsmen. It was a great decision as they are very good at what they do. Very friendly, professional and quick. I have had many contractors over the years and was shocked at how fast they get the job done. Very high quality as well."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Freeport, FL

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
