"Bob came to our home to give us a quote for the work and was very friendly and professional. The quote was a little higher than the over-the-phone estimates I received from a few other companies but we prefer not to use larger franchise companies for home repairs. When we decided to move forward with Bob's Home Repair, he scheduled us about 3-4 weeks out. He called the next week and said he could fit us in much earlier. He contracted the work out to a man ( I can't remember his name) who spoke very highly of Bob and his business. The man was very friendly and did great work. He was thorough and polite and made sure to communicate with us about what repairs he made. He gave us some pointers in regard to the repairs that will be very helpful when we replace our roof down the road. He had to use a roof jack because our roof is very steep and there is not much traction with our older shingles. He sealed up any holes that he had to make to install the roof jack. He made sure to answer all of our questions and was pleasant to deal with. The dormer window now looks better than it did when we bought the house 8 months ago. <br />"

"Scheduled an appointment for someone to come to our home to provide quotes on the various jobs. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. As promised, a proposal was emailed to us the following day. The quotes were reasonable but decided not to do the floor project and went with our regular contractor to do the other two jobs."

"<p>Dean was fantastic.  He was very thorough in explaining what he was seeing as we walked the project for the estimate and how he would suggest repairing and maintaining to avoid future problems.  He turned the quote around quickly and was able to start the project shortly after we reached out and said we were ready to proceed.  His team was very friendly.  They arrived early each day and kept our yard clean considering the scope of the project.  We did have some unexpected rot underneath the siding which we opted to have them repair as well.  Throughout the process they communicated every detail of progress, what was coming next, where we may see little variations between the existing siding that was not being replaced and the new (which I honestly don't think I ever would have noticed).  While we did have a few mishaps (damage to a fireplace vent and nail hitting an electrical line to our AC), they quickly fixed it at no charge  and without bickering which many other contractors would do.</p> <p>Overall we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Dean and his team.</p> <br />"

"I was very happy with the service I received, starting from the estimate through completion. Of the 3 contractors I contacted for estimates, Dean was the only one to show up. He came with photos of prior jobs and a lot of useful suggestions. He called several times to let me know about progress. Everyone who has seen the work is very complimentary and I could not be happier. I would readily recommend him to others and in fact, will hopefully be able to have him start on another project in a few months."

"We were selling our house. The buyer did a home inspection and felt that we had some hail damage to the roof. They followed up the inspection with a contractor inspection which also determined damage. I contacted our insurance company and they agreed that there was a claim. We had already determined a closing date and we did not want this to go to escrow, plus I was moving out of the state and the weather was terrible. The easiest thing I could have done was to hire the contractor that had already looked at the roof. They however had vehicle license plates from another state and caller ID from a different state than that! I contacted 3 companies of which Trinity was one. Understanding the situation, they were out quickly to look at the roof, came out Saturday to review the quote, put it into production that Monday, worked hand in hand with the Insurance company, did the beautiful installation in the 2 days it wasn't raining, and did a beautiful job of cleanup. I forgot to mention, this was a very large job. $40K. A 3800 square foot house/garage and a out building. This group was magnificent. They exceeded my expectations, and that doesn't happen very often. I can and do rest comfortably knowing the new owners have a beautiful new home protected with a Trinity roof, gutters and sky lights. THANKS TRINITY!!!"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Fremont, NE

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
