"The technician was on time and professional. He climbed up on the roof and examined it. He reported that there was no damages, but a couple of shingles needed repair. He repaired the loose shingles for no charge This service gave me great confidence in the firm. I would use them in the future."

"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up. Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess). Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job! Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again.
"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do.
When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier.
They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).
They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew.
They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward.
I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!!
I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Hays hired contractors to do all the work in our rooms. The contractors showed up late, there are paint drips on our walls, and I had to go back and repaint several areas because they missed spots. They took so many smoke breaks (outside) that our rooms smelled like cigarettes. We had to run an air purifier in the room afterward to rid the area of the smoke smell (even over the smell of paint)!
When the tarp was removed from the roof there were 100+ holes left from the nails....not to mention the nails that were left exposed (not tapped in). Two days later another spring storm rolled through, and our leak was back with a vengeance. We took a video of the leak during the storm to show where it was coming from....all the holes caused by the tarping crew.
Hays DID admit fault and replaced our roof, which was great. However, all of these are problems that reputable companies should never have. Any business knows that your reputation is only as good as that of the contractors you use and employees you hire. The only reason I'm not rating Hays with an "F" is because the Foreman and his Manager were so extremely nice and easy to deal with. They were NOT, however, nice enough that I would refer them or use them again in the future!
"
