"I am very happy with the new sprinkler system. They were very professional and did excellent work"

"Great. We had a consultation and described our vision for what we wanted (more color, something to make the back yard look less empty). We also had a few specific little problems like straightening our juniper that got knocked askew during Harvey. Alvin provided us with a detailed estimate. It did not have pictures but for me it was descriptive enough so that pictures were not needed. When we approved the estimate, Universal came in soon thereafter and completed the work in two days (including throwing in the little extras like our juniper situation). They also had someone check and adjust our sprinklers to make sure the new plants will get the water they need. The landscaping looks so good. We previously had a few rocks around our front flower beds; they brought in a lot more to line and raise the beds (which makes them look so much nicer), and added mulch as well as new plants. They also used our existing plants that still had life to them (they got rid of the dying ones per our request) and transplanted some of them to other areas in the yard. They installed a new flower bed behind the pool. Per our request, they planted some plants along the fence line to dress it up a little without obstructing the view behind our fence. They chose dwarf crepe myrtles, which I am excited about as a crepe myrtle fan. I can't stop wandering around my yard admiring everything. Of course, some of the plants (like the new dwarf crepe myrtles) are new and small, and will grow out over time, so I know it will look even better in the future. We are very happy, 100% satisfied."

"Me and my husband recently installed sod on our front lawn, and I must say...we were genuinely impressed with Cesar s and Mariano s quality of work, professionalism, and customer service. New sod is very fragile and there is a lot to learn about taking care of it, but They answered all of our questions and continued to respond to our inquires after the job was completed. We would definitely use their services in the future and have already started thinking about the next project."

"Mary Helen and her entire team did an excellent job installing my sprinkler system featuring Irrigreen smart sprinklers. From the quote to the installation, everything exceeded my expectation. Every step of the process was communicated well and with professionalism. Special shout out to Ramiro and Kevin. If you are looking for a quality sprinkler installation, these guys will take good care of your lawn. They even improved my fiber internet installation by carefully digging up the fiber to dig the sprinkler trenches, and then performing a better burying of the fiber at a deeper depth. Thanks Hero’s Lawn Care of Southeast Houston."

"The guys from Heroes worked quickly and completed installing a new irrigation system in my back yard in one day. They were personable and tried to interrupt our daily lives as much as possible. The price was very fair. The guys from Hero’s returned following hurricane Beryl and cleared my backyard of storm debris. They told me they were doing this at no charge for their customers since their regular work was interrupted by the effects of the storm. I highly recommend Hero’s."

"Cesar and Carlos are the BEST! I have used their services multiple times. Installation of drainage system in back yard, flowerbed reconstruction, paver blocks installed for 4 beds in back including fresh dirt and plants. They also created a paver patio and did same for my front porch. I recently called then to correct blunders left by a tree service that destroyed my yard. They cleaned up the mess, created block borders fir 3 more beds, trinmed my large oak tree in front, and placed sand in holes left in yard by other group. They are timely, communicative, do great work, and leave not a trace behind. I would recommend them for ANY outside yard service you need! A+ company!!"

"He was on-time, had the job analyzed quickly and completed it within an hour."

"Jimmy was quick to return my call for a quote. He visited my property within a week and completed the job within a couple of days after that. The cost of the job was less than anticipated and he explained the hows and whys very thoroughly. We were not onsite at time the work was done, but he texted photos before, during and after. Highly recommend."

"Roger the owner came out assessed the needs and submitted a fair bid for the project. They basically had to strip the yard completely so that all the weeds and poison ivy could be removed and replanted 9 pallets of fresh grass. They fixed the sprinkler system and created a rock walkway between the garage and fence so that they could place their trash cans in the area. All the flower beds were cleaned out and fixed so that my daughter and her husband could plant fresh shrubs. All flower beds were mulched. And all of the yard debris was hauled away. The guys were professional, curtesy, and efficient. I would highly recommend Roger and his crew for any yard project."

"Excellent service. Rob was easy to work with and his crew did a great job on both projects and in cleaning up."
