Calls routinely went unanswered, and Karen and Jennifer consistently failed to return messages. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company as dealing with them was truly horrific."

Joe (the son) came out the next day and knew exactly what was wrong with our "vintage" 6-burner Viking cooktop (4 of the burners would not ignite). He ordered the parts and came back with his father, Don (the co-owner with his brother), and they fixed it. Since we moved into the house 15 years ago, 2 of the burners never ignited and a previous repairman had no idea what was wrong.
