"I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job, I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He was very responsive. He designed the whole layout of the basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!
