"I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated. "To be honest I was very weary about hiring someone over the internet to clean our condo in Florida. We are from Canada and with all the travel restrictions over the past 1.5 years, nobody has been able to get there. (The part was a bit expensive but would take that over replacing the whole frig anyday!) Outstanding customer service. I would use this company again anytime I have an appliance issue."
