"All I want to do is press the button and have my remote work. The cable box never came on when I turned it on and the volume buttons stopped working. Noel came out and began to unravel prior programming. There were many ways to approach the problems and he spent a lot of time. My sound bar was part of the problem because of the way it was attached to the wall you could not even tell if it was on. He thought he resolved the problem, but the next day it was doing the same thing. Noel came back and spent a lot more time to resolve the problems. It now works properly. He did not charge me for the second visit even though he spent more time than the first visit."
