"They came and gave me a bid for repair which according to angi.com was above the high end of for this type of repair. I needed it done quickly so I okayed the repair. I never received a written estimate or work repair order. I was told that his wife does that on Sundays and I would receive it via email. I still have not received it. The work was done and the garage door is working, but I feel as though I could have had it done cheaper and with written paperwork and a warranty. I have a standard garage door and the repair cost me $350.00 plus tax."

The team came out and took some measurements of the springs. The next day. his team came out and started the work. After completion, BJ the owner was not thrilled with the results. The incorrect springs were installed on the initial installation. BJ and team came out the next morning, pulled this set of springs out, and he went and got another set. Turned out they were not correct either, but after the 3rd attempt, they got it correct. I really appreciate his attention and commitment to get the right springs installed.
