"Underwood Construction Consulting Incorporated UCCI completed a very successful renovation of the kitchen? sun room and laundry room in our home that included removal of a load-bearing wall and raising the floor of the sunroom. They also repaired hurricane damage to our roof, soffit, and front porch ceiling. This company was selected for our project based upon the excellent. Professional credentials of Mr Ted Lucky Underwood. Is the history of complex project completion and the positive reviews of his prior work? He had creative ideas for accomplishing the work. And was responses to every request and concern. They employed competence subcontractors for different phases of the project and held them to excellent completion standards. Two of his sons did much of the work on the project and were a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with all of the work that was done. And we highly recommend Mr. Lucky Underwood and UCCI for similar or even more complicated construction work with no reservations."

"July 7 2025 we lost our house to a fire . Paul Davis Bellview has not just been rebuildour home they are helping to mend our broken hearts. Losing our home of 31y and everything in it , has been horrendous. We have had some bumps ,along the way . That were smoothed out by the Paul Davis team ,Tammy , John Larry and David . From the start Grif and his remediation team explained each step. Kenny made sure he heard what was important to me and just let my cry and cry. Fast forward , our home is almost ready . Now we are picking out cabinets and floors Tammy has so much patience. This is not a corporate vibe. Family owned and the owner really cares about his customers.Mr. ingold stayed in contact with us the whole process . We also got lucky because our ,city of minneola has the best people. Helen kept all the wheels turning . I pray you have not experienced what we have been through . I can say , PD are really good people and do incredable work . Highly recommend . A company with"

"The entire team at National HomeCraft earned 5 star rating starting with Kathy who responded right away on scheduling someone to come to our home for the free consultation. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"

Joe completely my yard work as well arrived on time when scheduled at a reasonable price for a single mom . I was especially impressed by Joe overall kindness. "Derrick Fausnight and his team (Justin & George) worked on our rental property to get it into amazing condition. After our renters destroyed the carpets, tile and walls, we looked for a company that could come in and make the property look beautiful again. We met with a few companies, but Derrick had great vision for what we were looking for and offered to go above and beyond with his services. Choosing Fausnight Flooring was the best decision we've made with our remodel project. Here is a list of everything they did for us: 1. Removed the tile and carpet throughout the entire house 2. patched and resurfaced the underlying foundation where settling had occurred 3. removed all the shelving from all closets then patched, sanded and retextured all the interior walls 4. Painted all interior walls, crown molding, doors and frames throughout the house 5. Installed new backsplash in the kitchen and around the fireplace 6. Seamlessly installed premium flooring throughout the whole house 7. Repaired or replaced damaged floor boards that apparently had been chewed on by the renters' dog. 7. They discovered errors in the original construction and made repairs. 8. I was trying to repair a section of my front door and, while I was busy with work, Derrick and his crew fixed it for me 9. Painted the exterior of the front door for us 10. Cleaned everything on their way out the door. I am sure I am leaving some things off this list because they did so much. But, also, he checked in and updated us with any concerns and he brought every detail that might be noticed to our attention so we could decide, together, how to improve the appearance of the home. The point of this review is a simple one. If you are looking for a local company to come in and treat you and your home with the utmost in care and respect, Derrick and his team are the perfect choice."
