"Chris arrived and started by suctioning out accumulated material from the dryer itself. Next he hooked up a vacuum to remove other material from the dryer duct. Then he went into the attic to access the end of the duct as it hooked up to the roof vent. There he discovered that whoever had installed the duct work previously had done it incorrectly causing the duct not to vent properly. He made some adjustments to the length of the duct so the air would flow as it should. I am not sure the average technician would have caught this. Good job Chris!"

"Vince showed up right on time (0800) and spent 4.5 hours installing the doors. One set required cutting the door height to fit the closet opening. He cut wooden inserts to fill in the hollow spaces at the bottoms of the Composite Material doors, glued them in place and secured them with wood screws He explained what he was going to do and did it very professionally with skill and attention to detail.
