Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. We went over the contract together and he answered all my questions. This way there would be no communication problems later. The painters were amazing! Very polite,(didn't smoke or waste time), very careful to protect our landscaping. Did a thorough job and made sure I was pleased. Can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. Our house looks great. The crew that did the fence work were also amazing. Unfortunately the day they needed to work the weather was chilly and wet, but they kept on working until they finished. "Brandon returned my call promptly and came out to give a detailed estimate for painting, repairing, and doing small remodeling work on my home to get it ready to sell. I decided not work with him almost before he was done completing the estimate, because I felt like he insulted my home and my subdivision. He went so far as to say he wouldn't bother doing any of the remodeling work if he were me because I live in "fill-in-the-blank subdivision" and you won't get your money back. I will note that the repairs and small remodeling work I specifically asked him to do, were the specific items my real estate agent suggested for a better resale value of my home, based on my neighborhood.
